Qualification:
UG: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering
PG: Any Postgraduate (Preferred in relevant discipline)
Job Description:
- Reviewing and analyzing client RFQs, tenders, and technical documents to determine scope and requirements.
- Preparing accurate and competitive techno-commercial proposals and detailed cost estimates.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Design, Purchase, and Sales for technical and commercial inputs.
- Engaging with clients for clarifications, technical discussions, and proposal negotiations.
- Ensuring timely submission of proposals and maintaining comprehensive proposal records and documentation.
- Supporting sales and business development teams during pre-sales activities, including presentations and meetings.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and industry standards to enhance proposal quality.
- Continuously improving proposal templates, pricing tools, and standard documentation to streamline the process.
