Qualification:

UG: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering

PG: Any Postgraduate (Preferred in relevant discipline)

Job Description:

  • Reviewing and analyzing client RFQs, tenders, and technical documents to determine scope and requirements.
  • Preparing accurate and competitive techno-commercial proposals and detailed cost estimates.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Design, Purchase, and Sales for technical and commercial inputs.
  • Engaging with clients for clarifications, technical discussions, and proposal negotiations.
  • Ensuring timely submission of proposals and maintaining comprehensive proposal records and documentation.
  • Supporting sales and business development teams during pre-sales activities, including presentations and meetings.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and industry standards to enhance proposal quality.
  • Continuously improving proposal templates, pricing tools, and standard documentation to streamline the process.
